NanoFL has a FlashImporter plugin to convert Abode Flash CS5+ FLA/XFL documents into NanoFL documents. Most features are well supported (known issues).

NFL documents produced in batch mode by next command:

nanoflc.exe NAME.fla -generator CreateJS,mode=HTML -scaleMode fit -export NAME/NAME.nfl
